Tools
Purchase character-owned working tools and inspect their remaining durability.
Overview
Professional Tools are purchased for and owned by the active character. They are non-stackable, do not need to be equipped, and must remain in personal Inventory to satisfy Citizen-job requirements.
Catalog
- Carpenter's Hammer — 15 Bucks; 100 uses; required for Carpentry Hand
- Mason's Trowel — 25 Bucks; 100 uses; required for Masonry Hand
- Spike Hammer — 40 Bucks; 100 uses; required for Railway Maintenance Hand
- Workman's Tool Kit — 75 Bucks; 100 uses; required for Workshop Assistant
Durability
Every new Citizen job Tool begins with 100 uses. Applicable rewarded work consumes one use. At zero uses the Tool is no longer operational; final-use work still completes and pays.
Ownership and Transfers
A character cannot buy the same Tool twice. Tools may move through Account Storage to another owned character when not equipped or bound to active work, and durability follows the item.
Atomic Purchase
Price and access are server-owned. Insufficient Bucks, status, Inventory capacity, or duplicate ownership causes no partial charge.
Job tools and combat equipment
Professional job tools stay in Inventory and follow job durability rules. Weapons and armor use Items Worn and encounter durability. Buy player listings through Equipment Dealer or craft eligible workshop recipes.
