Command Center
Manage people, properties and finite work plans without changing focused character.

Your Household Register
Command Center opens with the question: what do you want to do? Choose Work, Education, Farming, Livestock, Businesses or Fix Problems. People remains available when you want to inspect the household. Choosing a person here never changes the focused character.
Give a Command
- Work and Education are separate decisions. Valid activities may run concurrently.
- Laborer and Citizen jobs are shown separately; ineligible people receive no command.
- Farming and Livestock expose routine planting, care, harvest, feed and collection commands. Deeper choices remain in their full modules.
- The server checks the acting character, ownership, requirements, resources, time and costs when the command is issued.
- Choose the activity you want to manage.
- Choose the people, property or workshop involved.
- Choose the available action and press its command button. Eligible actions begin and the focused character stays unchanged.
Properties and Workers
Each house groups its fields, resident workers and livestock. Select ready fields, choose a crop, add feed or collect products directly. The property owner is not necessarily the field worker. Crop, acreage, feed and worker decisions remain yours.
Finite Commands
START 1 SHIFT and START 3 SHIFTS remain finite. Field actions also stop after the selected work is complete. Internal command records may continue while the browser is closed, but normal play centers on Work, Study, Plant, Harvest, Care, Feed and Collect.
Group Work and Education
Enter Work or Education, choose people, then choose a job or course. Choices are grouped by Social Status. A green check identifies people who can act now; a red cross identifies people who remain unchanged. Start 1 Shift, Start 3 Shifts or Start Study applies only to eligible people, and the server checks every person again.
Reset Active Orders
RESET ACTIVE ORDERS cancels unfinished Work, Education, farm and livestock instructions for the account after confirmation. It does not undo completed shifts, courses or economic actions, remove rewards or receipts, or delete history.
What Needs Attention
Attention groups unresolved conditions by their target. Reading an Event does not resolve them. Queued work is shown as progress, not another chore. Being between salaried shifts or having no course is an optional choice in People, not an alarm. Low Energy remains available as a People filter.
Shared Versus Personal
Character-local Inventory, qualifications, Energy and activity rewards stay with the named character. Account-global BUCKS, GOLD, Storage and Household Provisions remain shared. An order identifies its actor and resource; viewing does not transfer ownership.
View Versus Play As
Opening another owned person's property, Provisions or detailed record leaves the focused character unchanged. The target name appears in the order or resource toolbar. Only PLAY AS intentionally changes focused individual play. Return to Command Center restores your management search and view.
Growing Your Household
- Search and filters apply across the roster. Can start shift checks current status, residence, usable Tools, Energy and work restrictions; Not studying and Building / Not building are separate filters. Results show up to 25 people or property groups per page.
- Work and course countdowns run locally from authoritative deadlines; they do not require a request per character.
- Open a person's details for their profile, Inventory, Provisions and PLAY AS.
- The Household charter retains additional-character creation under its existing cost and eligibility rules.
City Hall letter: each character; starter voucher: once per account
Every character who reaches Skilled Worker can open their own letter at Business > City Hall. Open City Hall from that character's Command Center livelihood choices, or use PLAY AS for focused play, then read the letter to start their independent story. Reading one character's letter does not accept another character's letter. You do not need to wait for a header Events notification.
- Personal progress: letter acceptance, story chapters, choices, title, Honor, Notoriety, Heat, injuries, encounters and weapon disciplines belong to the character.
- Shared resources: businesses, wallet, bank, Storage and Household Provisions belong to the account. Each workshop has one responsible character.
- The starter voucher is granted once per account, to the first Small Mill or Leather Workshop license issued under the program. It is assigned when that license is issued. Reading more letters or switching characters does not renew it.
- The voucher covers that license, workshop setup, initial materials, 10 Household Provisions and the operating cost of the first single-run batch. Employee wages are still payable. The first 24 hours of rent are included when any workshop opens.
- Other characters can play their own story and operate workshops, but their licenses and setup are paid normally after the account voucher has been claimed.
